Vin de France

Every French wine which is not classified IGP or AOP (protected designation of origin) will be welcomed in the great family of "Vin de France" wines. This category offers a wide freedom of expression as it allows the exploration of both very renowned varietals in a original approch but also original, unknowkn and even ancient terroirs. This freedom of expression combined with the richness of terroirs across France and our know-how results in fruity wines, full of aromas and which will definetely surprise you.

Vin de France

Tasting notes

Colour: Cherry red, bold, brilliant.

Nose: Stone fruits, kirsch, a hint of spice.

Palate: Nice warm attack with flavours of red berries and spice.

Wine and food pairing

Soft, fruity and easy-drinking, this red Cuvée Vaucher is well-suited to almost any occasion. We suggest matching it with grilled red meats and ripe cheeses.

Serving suggestions

Between 14° and 15°C.

Ageing potential

Because it is not attached to a particular vintage, it is bottled when it is ready to drink. It may therefore be enjoyed immediately. However, it can benefit from cellaring. You may keep this wine for 2 to 3 years.

Grape varietals

Vins de France may be produced using a mix of different grape varieties, all exclusively grown in France. This regulation is strictly adhered to.

Origins

This wine embodies the Maison dedication to quality.

Vinification & ageing

Classic vinification and ageing in vats.
